Farm Grown Kids was created as an ode of love to my children — and as a reflection of the life I’ve intentionally built with my family.

What began as a dream to raise my kids closer to the land, closer to their food, and deeply connected to everyday life has grown into a grounded philosophy that help whole families thrive.

Along the way, I learned that raising nourished kids isn’t about doing everything “right.” It’s about knowing what matters most in each season and building simple, supportive rhythms around it.

Whether you live on acres of land or in the middle of a city, this space is for you.

As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, GAPS Practitioner, herbalist, board-certified lactation consultant, and mother raising a houseful of kids on the farm, I’ve spent years studying how food shapes children’s development — from the microbiome to the nervous system to behavior & beyond.
